Forage is a neighborhood bistro in Cambridge right outside of Harvard Square. Through partnerships with local farmers, fishermen, and foragers we offer a local, seasonal ingredient-driven menu served in a casual setting.
The bar program at Forage delivers classically crafted cocktails that have a focus on seasonal and locally produced ingredients. Forage also boasts a carefully curated and approachable collection of organic/biodynamic white, red, and sparkling wines and a selection of beer from independent and innovative breweries.
At the helm of Forage is owner/general manager Stan Hilbert, chef Eric Cooper and bar manager Joe Choiniere. The trio worked together for seven years at Ten Tables in Jamaica Plain.
Our goal is to create an environment that is comfortable, hospitable, and down-to-earth, but one that never sacrifices the highest standards for service and cuisine.
Public transportation is recommended. Limited metered spaces are available in Harvard Sq. Try Brattle St. or Mass Ave. if you don't mind a walk. We have four spaces in the lot next to the restaurant. (The rest of the lot is reserved for building residents.) After 4pm., there are free spaces on Parker St. and in front of the church at Craigie & Brattle. Free non-resident parking is available on Sundays.
